We’re here to rally women through life’s changes, like menopause, bone health, pelvic floor health, skin health, and heart health with strength, sass, and a whole lot of self-love. We’re all about inspiring positive and lasting self-care, blending fun, fitness, expert coaching, and our signature 8-Pillars of Power.

At Studio 8 Wellness Center, the 8 Pillars Methodology is achieved by combining relevant menopause education and the use of modern equipment with the TRX® suspension training system. TRX® uses your own body weight to make you stronger while taking the stress off your bones, muscles and tendons.

Hey Y’all!
I’m so excited to connect. I’ve spent over 20 years in health, fitness and women’s wellness- coaching women, leading classes, and fighting for women’s health programs in ways that truly matter. As a Fitness Coach, Menopause Mentor, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and TRX Instructor, I’ve seen it all - hot flashes, mood swings, depression, weight struggles - and I’ve been right there with my clients feeling it, too.
A few years ago I founded PAUSE Wellness, LLC, a supportive space where women could find answers and start feeling fabulous again. That idea grew into the 3 C’s of Self-Care (Continuous, Consistent, Continuity) and birthed the 8 Pillars of the Body and Strength. It was then that I realized this is so much more than helping women navigate through menopause. This is about being in front of midlife, rallying together and owning it. This should be the best time of our lives! We want to feel good, be seen, and shine brightly! We’re here to sparkle, support and celebrate each other.
I’m committed to doing everything I can to make that happen through Studio 8 Wellness Center.
