What better way to celebrate our Veterans than with a FREE circuit training class taught by Veterans! Studio 8 Wellness and our own Michele Philips, USAF, teamed up with John Forshtay, USMC (Ret) of Sol Vida Fitness to offer a circuit training class that was FREE and open to EVERYONE! From Boas to Back Massages, the Menopause Party was so much FUN!

On October 8th, 2025, Studio 8 Wellness Center celebrated WOMEN with a Menopause Party! Over 60 people attended to enjoy the community, shop the vendors, get massages, see the demonstrations of the TRX Suspension Trainer, and more!
